My kids went to high school right near the factory .. they said the smell would drive them crazy while they were outside doing sports, My store is currently in the middle of some kind of construction (not even sure what the heck they’re doing) but they have signs stating there won’t be any aldi finds until it’s done. Which makes me sad because I want these.

  • Pine Cones and Plaid was the one scent that I really wanted to get, but it was all gone when I got to the store on my lunch break. Sniffed the others, but decided to pass. I scored today in Warner Robins GA didn’t care for the hayride/bonfire so I bought 4 of each the other flavors
  • I remember him then after that the milk man would come by next with bottles, couldn’t figure it out, brought white milk in bottles and couldn’t figure how he got chocolate milk from the cows that gave white milk
  • I remember buying from this truck it was highlight of the week we ( all the kids would go and buy 3 donuts for a 5 cents ea, and and a loaf of bread for a quater.) I was a great time.
  • I was home sick with mumps and my mom bought me a chocolate cupcake from the donut man as a treat. My jaws hurt so bad I couldn’t open my mouth wide enough to even take a bite.

I remember the doughnut man coming through our neighborhood in East San Jose. I’m not sure if it was the same guy, in the same truck, but our guy had a prosthetic hand. As a young kid that freaked me out. The doughnuts were good though

My dad drove one of those when we lived in San Jose near Bagby School. His name was Bob. It had a lot more shelves and also had loaves of bread. I wonder if anyone on here remembers him? It was about 1964. I don’t recall who he drove for

yes i remember him he always came by our house I had both side the Doughnuts and Pan Dulce mexican I lived in the Willow Glen off bird Ave and Willow st.
