A few things to note are: The Boston dog should not be fed immediately after walking or exercising;
The diet should include animal protein products;
It should not be too fat and lack nutrients.
Some essential foods:
Fish: Can be marine or river fish, which needs to be cooked and skinned. Meat: Minimum quantity – 40% of total food quantity; 70% of the norm should be given in raw form, 30% – cooked.
Cheese: Essential to provide fat, especially for the first years of a dog’s life.
Vegetables, herbs: Accounting for 1/4 of the food, need to be lightly crushed and added to main dishes.
Eggs: For adult dogs, about 3 to 4 times a week, boiled.
As for puppies, only take the yolks boiled and only once a week.
The Boston Dog’s snack should be an apple bite to improve dental problems and it’s good for the digestive system.
It is also possible to feed the puppies dry food, some of the dog’s specialty foods. When feeding Boston dry food, it is important to provide enough clean water 24 hours a day.
