Jesus is the one who has built the foundations of moral belief, primitive messages and basic behavioral ideas of Christianity. However, Paul is the developer of the doctrinal (theological) view of religion. Jesus interprets the meaning of the spiritual message of religion, while St. Paul adds to God’s belief of salvation for man. Furthermore, St. Paul also contributed to the writing of the New Testament, and was a key factor in the evangelization of God in the early centuries.
Jesus died when he was quite young, and when he died, the number of his apostles was small. At that time, the apostles gathered together into a sect of Jews. In large part it is thanks to Paul’s writings and efforts to spread Christianity, that the group of sects gradually developed, in which the disciples included Jews and Gentiles around the world. . Some think that the founder of Christianity should be St. Paul, not Jesus. However, it is certain that Christianity would have absolutely not existed without Jesus.
