Do you know where Santa’s hometown is located? It is a small village called Rovaniemi in Finland’s Lapland, close to the tip of the North Pole. Or at least, it is the legend that so far, not many people remember the real name of this village at present, but often call it “Santa Claus village”.
As expected of “Santa Claus hometown”, Rovaniemi has many reindeer – both wild and raised by humans. But the reindeer here have something very different from the rest of the world: their horns can glow in the night.

Calm down, there’s really no miracle here. These glowing horns are luminescent paint painted by humans on their horns. And of course, there is a very plausible reason for this action, which is to save the lives of both reindeer and humans.
