What data should I prepare for a design project?
Text and pictures are definitely two types of data required in any designworks. Other types of designwork may also include graphics/chart, tabulary data or movieclip. If possible, we prefer to have all those data in digital format for ease of use. Copywritings, product descriptions or any textual data in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format, pictures/photographs in JPEG or TIFF format, graphics/charts and tabulary data in Microsoft Excel or Powerpoint, videoclips in MOV or AVI format. All written into CD ROMs. However, if it is really that difficult to have the data in those formats, you can give us some printed materials such as brochures, company profiles or annual reports. If you already have a corporate website, you may also refer it to us to use the information there.
