Below are the most frequently questions we received regarding who we are and the services we offer
What should I prepare for the initial meeting?
You know what you want but you may not know what is needed to make it. That's OK. It is our job to recommend what is good for you and what you should prepare to achieve the best result. However, it is really helpful if you could provide us with some basic information. A short brief of your company's background, its visions and missions, corporate image you want to achieve and your target market are some valuable information for us.What data should I prepare for a design project?
Text and pictures are definitely two types of data required in any designworks. Other types of designwork may also include graphics/chart, tabulary data or movieclip. If possible, we prefer to have all those data in digital format for ease of use. Copywritings, product descriptions or any textual data in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format, pictures/photographs in JPEG or TIFF format, graphics/charts and tabulary data in Microsoft Excel or Powerpoint, videoclips in MOV or AVI format. All written into CD ROMs. However, if it is really that difficult to have the data in those formats, you can give us some printed materials such as brochures, company profiles or annual reports. If you already have a corporate website, you may also refer it to us to use the information there. How many times I'm entitled for revisions?
Like we said, good design is a result of a process, so revisions and enhancement naturally are part of it. For the mockup we send, you are only entitled for 1 revisions. If you ask us to revise our mockups, hey.. at least it means that somehow you believe we are capable of producing something close enough to what you need but need a little adjustment here and there, right? So we think one final revision on the mockup is enough to convice you to make a final decision. But once we have an agreement and start the actual work, you are entitled for maximum of 3 (three) revisions on the Work in Progress (WIP). Why only three times? Why not unlimited? ;) Because we believe with good preparations and requirement assessement on the beginning of a project, major revisions should be minimum and from our experiences 3 times are enough to accomodate it.Will I be charged for the mockups?
It depends on the mockup you asked. You can consider the mockup we made (also known as 'design preview'), as our efforts to convince you about the quality of our works we will give. It is simply work as sort of a tool for you to have a fair and objective consideration, regarding the money you will spend on us and the result you will get from us. So, simple mockups like 1-2 JPEG previews are free of charge. However, if you require more complicated mockup like: 4-5 pages of clickable HTML pages or animated flash, regretfully we have to talk about cancellation fee if - at the end, we do not get such project. But if it happens to be after those complicated mockups and pitching process we win your decision, and then the mockups are considerably free also.Is there guarantee period for a web project after the sign-off?
As much as we want (and try hard) that the final website to be flawless and working appropriately, we cannot guarantee 100% that it is free from errors. Hey.. we're only human ;) Just like software, inevitably small errors (usually known as 'bugs') are the nature of products like website or interactive CD. By default, our web solution includes minimum 1 (one) month guaranteed period to fix this bugs up to 3 (three) months depending on the scope of the project. Can we do online meetings/conference during the project?
Yes, you can. Give us an email or phone call or SMS to notify the scheduled online meetings/conference you prefered. We will confirm and get back to you as soon as possible. Will I get regular progress reports during the project ?
During the project, we usually update you with online Work In Progress (WIP) previews uploaded into our hosting server. You can access it anytime and anywhere, review and make notes for it if you think there are things need to be revised. You can send the notes to us via e-mail or schedule an online conference (using Messengers or Skype) to disscuss about it.
